When you purchase a reborn from Hello Sunshine, you are purchasing a work of art, so each baby is sold as-is and will always have detailed images, full description in the listing and proof of secure packaging before posting. I do not refund or accept returns for change of mind, lack of bonding or damage in transit or damage that occurred while the reborn is in your care.
