Once you engage in the sale of a reborn, this signifies you agree with the terms and conditions of the sale.

All orders must be paid in full before dispatch, including orders on payment plans. Purchasing a reborn is such an exciting experience. To make it easy for you to purchase your reborn, I offer a few different payment options for both local and international customers. Please note all sales will be in Australian Currency, AUD.

ORDERING

Website Ordering -Where available reborns are listed for sale and can be purchased directly through the website using credit or debit card payment or you can choose AfterPay (buy now, pay later).

Private Orders -If you have been in contact with me for a private sale, I will issue an invoice to you directly. I offer the following payment options on invoices and deposits will be required. 

• Direct Transfer - Using your banking institution, direct transfer the total amount payable to the account details provided on your invoice. Please use your invoice number as the reference.
• PayPal - *Recommended for International Buyers*
• On the bottom of your invoice, you can click the "Pay with PayPal" button and simply follow the prompts to complete the payment.
• Credit Card - On the bottom of your invoice, you can click the "Pay with Stripe" button and simply follow the prompts to complete the payment.
• AfterPay - This option is only available via my online store when purchasing an available reborn online. If you have made a private sale with me, you will need to request this prior to invoicing, as a different system is used. 

DELIVERY

Postage on reborn orders place via the website, are charged after purchase and is based on your location and method of post (regular or express). Reborns will only be shipped once full payment has been received.

You will be quoted a delivery charge according to you location. Orders within Australia ship via Australia Post. International orders will ship with either Australia Post International or a courier service such as DHL. I only ship with insurance to cover the costs in the unlikely event that the reborn is lost or damaged in transit. I will always ensure it is securely packaged for the post and proof of dispatch will be provided.
