GENERAL TERMS OF SALE 
You will be required to provide the following before making a purchase:

• Your personal details
• Your payment details that are both valid and correct
• Confirmation that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
• By placing an order through our Site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian and you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.
• By placing an order through our Site, you accept all terms and conditions and any sale/return policies associated with your purchase.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability; Hello Sunshine Reborn retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
• Once you engage in the sale of a reborn, this signifies you agree with the terms and conditions of the sale.

DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable.  

FAILURE TO PAY

Once a payment is made, this signifies you agree with the terms and conditions of the sale. Failure to comply with the payment arrangement, if applicable, may result in your reborn order being cancelled by me and the reborn being sold on.

If you require more time to pay for your reborn, please get in touch with me and I'll be happy to discuss your options with you.

CANCELLATION OF DOLL ORDERS
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. If you need to cancel your order, any balance above the non-refundable deposit can be refunded. However, refunds will be processed at the same frequency at which you paid it. E.g if you paid $50 weekly for 10 weeks, you will receive a refund of $50 per week for 10 weeks.

CANCELLATION OF SERVICE ORDERS

I will alway strive to accommodate your scheduling needs to the best of my ability. If you need to cancel your session, I will make every effort to reschedule at a convenient date and time. However, if a rescheduled session is not feasible, the following cancellation fees will apply due to the extensive preparation required for each session:

• A cancellation made 7 days or more before your session will incur a fee of 20% of the session cost.
• For cancellations made 3-6 days before your session, a fee of 30% of the session cost will apply.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours (2 days) of your session will result in a fee of 40% of the session cost.
• If you cancel 24 hours or less before your session, a fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged.
• Failure to attend your scheduled session may result in a fee of up to 100% of the session cost.

REFUNDS
When you purchase a reborn from Hello Sunshine, you are purchasing a work of art, so each baby is sold as-is and will always have detailed images, full description in the listing and proof of secure packaging before posting. I do not refund or accept returns for change of mind, lack of bonding or damage in transit or damage that occurred while the reborn is in your care.

When you purchase a service from Hello Sunshine Reborns, and the coaching service has been provided, refunds cannot be issued as the service is considered completed and delivered.

DELIVERY
Please take into consideration the current global crisis and how it has affected postage and transit times. I only ship with insurance to cover the costs in the unlikely event that the reborn is lost or damaged in transit. I will always ensure it is securely packaged for the post. 

GENERAL DISCLAIMER
Reborns are sold as if, as a piece of art. They are not toys and are recommended for ages 18 and over. If you choose to gift a reborn to a child or allow them to play with them, you are taking full responsibility for the safety of the child and for care of the reborn. Each baby is photographed in detail to show all their features, but do keep in mind that as they are painted, they will look a little different in, different light. The paint is very durable but with enough force, they can mark or scratch with play and age. Any hair attached to the reborns may break or fall out over time from age, from over brushing, knotting or if handled roughly. Care instructions are provided with each reborn and should be followed. I cannot be responsible for any damage once the reborn has been dispatched.

This Site and it’s contents are protected by intellectual property rights. This includes copyright, trademark, designs, third party trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the content of the Site. Unless you are permitted by us, you agree not to copy, download, adapt, alter, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works of any content of the Site, in whole or in part.

CONTENT
In addition to the Intellectual property rights mentioned above, "Content" is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this Site. Hello Sunshine Reborns tries to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete. Hello Sunshine Reborns does not promise that Hello Sunshine Reborns content is accurate or error-free. ORDER & CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.

The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify Hello Sunshine Reborns immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

CURRENCIES & EXCHANGE RATES 
Product prices for the entire Hello Sunshine Reborns range are displayed in AUD$ Australian Dollars. If you are purchasing in a currency different to your credit/ debit card, please note that it is common practice for banks and credit card providers to have different selling and buying exchange rates for currency and your card issuer may choose to charge you a foreign exchange transaction fee. We do not accept responsibility for charges or differing rates of currency exchange or fees levied by a customer's bank or credit card provider.

TAXES & DUTIES
Prices, when shown on the site in, are inclusive of Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the applicable rate unless you shipping to another country where GST is not chargeable.

Shipments to the USA under a USD$200 threshold are exempt from duties and taxes.

All customers buying from outside of Australia should note that any import duty or tax costs are not included in the purchase price. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to your purchase completion.

ORDER PAYMENT
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

Hello Sunshine Reborns prides itself on sourcing suppliers that operate ethically. All kits used will be authentic branded kits or authentic artist sculpts.  

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
In the case of errors or omissions on the website Hello Sunshine Reborns reserves the right to refund your order prior to the goods being dispatched.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of Hello Sunshine Reborns products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.
