• All coaching sessions must be purchased online via our website.
• Upon receiving your purchase, I will respond promptly with available dates and times for your session.
• You will be provided with any necessary lists of supplies required for the session, if applicable.
• I will also answer any additional questions you have about your sessions at this time.
• All coaching sessions are conducted online via video chat.
• Recording of sessions is not permitted.
• Secondary devices for demonstrating/viewing can be connected.
• If a session is disconnected and can't be reconnected due to internet or device issues, the session be rescheduled and completed at another time.

Reborning is an art that unfolds over time, requiring patience and practice to master each aspect of reborning. My online coaching sessions are designed to provide you with a solid foundation in your chosen focus, empowering you to continue honing your skills outside of our sessions.

For instance, in our "Introduction to Reborning" session, we'll explore various aspects of the reborn industry, the stages of the process, focusing on one aspect at a time. You'll have the opportunity to observe techniques, ask questions, and participate in hands-on activities, such as making your own paint mixtures and trying out application techniques.

While mastery isn't the goal for each session, my goal is to provide you with the tools and confidence needed to continue your refining your skills independently. Follow-up sessions are also available should you desire additional guidance in the future.

If you wish to change your session type or add an additional session, simply email me and I can make that adjustment for you.

Any price difference between sessions will be adjusted accordingly.

As I specialise in airdry paint techniques, please note that I do not instruct on heat set painting techniques, however some methods are adaptable. Please keep this in mind when booking.

I will alway strive to accommodate your scheduling needs to the best of my ability. If you need to cancel your session, I will make every effort to reschedule at a convenient date and time. However, if a rescheduled session is not feasible, the a cancellation fees will apply due to the extensive preparation required for each session.

Once the coaching service has been provided, refunds cannot be issued as the service is considered completed and delivered.
